Russian War ships off Australian coast in view of swimmers

100 Russian jet fighter airspace incursions in 2014, which is 3 times the previous years, but this year there are also Russian subs, ships, etc doing the same thing.

Are they looking for gaps in radar?
Testing the response times?
Creating a strategy involving these weaknesses?

Clearly Russia has stepped up its global military presence, by flying its bombers with re-fuelling planes in groups of 8, by not using transponders, by not responding to civil aircraft controllers contact requests and by not lodging flight plans, they are plain and simply not following the peace time rules, it can only be seen as though they are not playing according to international guidelines and therefore it is an aggressive move on their part.

I say this strongly because they seem to be defying these rules with a catch me if you can attitude.

Footage of Russian tanks being transported into the Ukraine, though Putin has denied it and the subsequent discussions from world leaders at the G20 summit in Brisbane purported to be reason he is leaving early.

Russian warships off the Australian coast near Brisbane are so close that they can be seen by swimmers at the beaches.
Putin has been called upon for his want to bring back to power of the Soviet Union, and we know that china is now an ally of theirs which makes this a dangerous partnership for the world.  I think this stance that Russia has taken could lead to a mishap and possibly begin a new world war, world war 3.

As we know NATO has 1000 troops ready as a spearhead force, backed by NATO countries to stop a Russian rollover. Then why is the aggressive stance in the Ukraine that Russia is denying being reported by the media then and not being stopped by NATO?
Is it real?

The bombers, re fueling aircraft, subs, and ships have caused scrambling of NATO planes to intercept in the following countries, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Brittan, USA, Baltic Sea, Australia, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, and Latvia.
